Don’t worry. Whatever the problem, we can fix it.
Most of the problems people experience are related to their accounts; changing passwords, not receiving password reset emails, not being able to login etc. Please don’t waste time trying to fix these sorts of difficulties. Instead, click on the blue “Help” button, in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. This will pop open a support request form. All you have to do is fill in a few details and leave the rest of us.
Please note: some computers will block the help button (yes, we agree that isn’t very helpful!). If that is happening to you, please email us using the address support@knowinnovation.com.
Finally, if your problem relates to something on the course, i.e. you have a question for the instructor, please use the Message button that appears on each lesson in the course.
